Mr. Jerrald M. HasselmeyerJerrald M. Hasselmeyer LLM, born in 1957. Studied Law at the University of the Netherlands Antilles and obtained his Masters Degree. He subsequently obtained his Masters in International Trade and Banking at the American University (Washington DC). In 1991 he joined the Bank as a Company Lawyer. He subsequently became Assistant to the President and, in 2000, he was appointed Director-Secretary of the Bank. |

Drs. Alberto G. RomeroAlberto G. Romero MA, born in 1957. Studied economics at the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico and obtained his Baccalaureat cum laude. He continued his education at the University of Tilburg (the Netherlands) and graduated in economics. He joined the Bank in 1987 as the Head of the Research Department. From 1994 he joined the Executive Board and currently fills the role of Director of Economic and Financial Affairs. |

Drs. Shelwyn T. SalesiaShelwyn T. Salesia MA, MBA, born in 1960. Studied Business Administration at the University of the Netherlands Antilles and obtained his BA. Subsequently, he obtained his MBA at the Pennsylvania State University in the United States of America, and graduated in Law and Economics at the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands). In 1987 he joined the Bank as Analyst and held various other positions relating to supervision. He is now Director in charge of Supervision. |
